Eligibility Criteria for Elanco Internship
Basic Qualification
- Currently enrolled in undergrad studies (all areas of study will be considered)
- Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the US. Elanco does not anticipate providing sponsorship for employment visa status.

- Have an interest in animal health.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including excellent phone, speaking and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Must be able to work exceptionally well independently and with minimal supervision.

Elanco Internship Roles/Positions
- Interns work with the Talent Acquisition and DEI team, as well as other teams within human resources, to deliver on projects and key initiatives throughout the 12 week time frame. This may include support of Elanco’s annual Multicultural Summit planning, expansion of Global Student programming, and assessment of DEI initiative impact.
- Expected to network within the organization, manage your time effectively, have a strong organizational skills and demonstrate leadership capabilities
- All interns are required to present their projects to a large group at the end of the 12 week period.
