Poetry On 26 January In Sanskrit

स्वतंत्रता दिनस्य अन्तर्गत राष्ट्रीय स्वतंत्रता दिवसः, भारतस्य संविधानस्य अध्याये स्थितः “गणराज्य” परिसरे समर्पितः, प्रतिवर्षे 26 जनवरी तिथौ आचर्यते। भारतस्य गणतन्त्र दिवसस्य नामन्तरे अस्मिन दिवसे राष्ट्रपतिः पञ्चतन्त्रतन्तुं पूर्णतया प्रशिक्षयन्ति, यहाँ राष्ट्रपतिना संसद्युपस्थित्या, सैन्यप्रमुखेन सहितः।

यह दिनः समृद्धि, सामरिकी, सांस्कृतिकी, और साहित्यिकी दृष्ट्या राष्ट्रस्य गौरवशीलतां प्रतिस्थापयति। यह सार्वजनिक अवकाशः अस्ति, और समूहः विभिन्न क्रियाकलापानि आयोजयति, जिन्हेः राष्ट्रीय भावना एव राष्ट्रभावना च प्रतिष्ठिता वर्तते।

संस्कृतम् (Sanskrit):

गणतन्त्रायाः दिने सुखं मनोहरं,
प्रजासु शक्तिः विकसतु निरन्तरम्।
स्वतंत्रताया श्रद्धाभक्तिसंयुक्ताः,
भारतस्य सन्दर्भे विशेषतः नित्यम्।

विद्या-विग्नान-संस्कृति-सेवनाय,
धर्म-सत्य-शान्ति-प्रेम-सुखाय च।
प्रगतिं धर्मे सदा सर्वदा चास्तु,
गणतन्त्रे नित्यं समर्थाः सन्तु नः।

प्रजासु रक्षाया नृपतीन्द्रा भवन्तु,
भूमेर्भाग्यं शृङ्गे सदा समर्थाः।
धन्यं भारतं यो नरो जनः सर्वदा,
गणतन्त्रादिने सुखमस्तु नित्यम्।

युवा शक्तिः सर्वेषाम्, ब्राह्मणस्य विजायी,
शूरः क्षत्रियो भूपतिः सुखी वैश्यः श्रीमतां गतिः।
शूद्रो धनसहा धर्मनुष्ठाने प्रीतिमान्,
इत्यादिभिर्गुणैः सर्वैर्भावयात्र भारतः।

अनेकजातिभेदं त्यक्त्वा सङ्गच्छ युवान्,
समृद्धिं सुखमाप्नोतु समृद्धिः सर्वजीविनाम्।
सर्वेषां भूतानां सुखिनो भवन्तु,
गणतन्त्रदिने सदा भारतीयाः सर्वे।

Translation:

On the day of the Republic, joy abounds,
May the power in the people continuously unfold.
United in faith and devotion for freedom,
In the context of India, this is always special.

For the pursuit of knowledge, science, and culture,
For the service of righteousness, truth, peace, love, and more.
May progress always be in righteousness and forever,
In the Republic, may we always be capable.

For the protection of the people, may leaders arise,
May the land prosper and the summit be always within reach.
Blessed is the person who is a constant devotee,
On Republic Day, may joy be perpetual.

Youth is the strength of all, the Brahmin is victorious,
The brave warrior becomes a ruler, the prosperous merchant thrives.
The laborer supports wealth, devoted to duty,
With virtues like these, let India progress on its journey.

Abandoning the divisions of many castes, O youth, come together,
Attain prosperity and happiness for all living beings.
May all beings be happy,
On Republic Day, always, all Indians.
