प्रकृतिः प्राणिनां जीवनं सन्तापः च। अस्मिन् विश्वे प्रकृतिः परमं महत्त्वं प्राप्नोति। न विनाप्रकृतिं न जीवनं सम्भवति। इतिहासे च दृश्यते कि अतीव संपन्ना नगराणि च सहसा प्रलये गच्छन्ति। तदा प्रकृतिः मानवस्य जीवने अत्यन्त महत्त्वं वहति।
प्रकृतिः अतीव सौम्यवान् च। अतीव सुन्दरी च। पुराणेषु च लोकानां वैभवं विविधं दर्शयति। वन्यपशुः, पक्षिः, पुष्पाणि, वृक्षाः च ये जीवाः प्रकृतिमनुवर्तन्ते, ते सुखिनः भवन्ति। प्रकृतेः सहचराणि मनुष्याणां जीवने अत्यन्त महत्त्वं प्राप्नोति।
वायुः, जलं, पृथ्वी, अग्निः च प्रकृतेः मुख्यानि भागानि। इह जीवानां जीवनं अत्यन्त आवश्यकं भवति। वायुर्न इतरत्र अस्ति। अतः सर्वे मनुष्याः अपेक्षितं वायुं पावयन्ति। जलं अतीव अवश्यकं भवति। न जलं, न जीवनं सम्भवति। अतः सर्वे जलं संरक्षयन्ति। पृथ्वी च सर्वानि जीवानि धरणीधर्मं पालयन्ति। अग्निः जीवनं प्रदीपः च। अतः सर्वे अग्निं पूजयन्ति।
इतिहासेषु च प्रकृतेः महत्त्वं विविधैः प्रकारैः प्रकटीकृतं भवति। अतः प्रकृतिः मनुष्याणां जीवने अत्यन्त महत्त्वं वहति। अस्मिन् विश्वे प्रकृतिः परमं स्थानं प्राप्नोति।
Translation:
Nature is the life and sustenance of all living beings. In this world, nature attains the utmost importance. Without nature, life cannot exist. It is observed in history that even highly developed cities suddenly perish during calamities. At that time, the importance of nature in human life becomes paramount.
Nature is exceedingly gentle and beautiful. It displays the wealth and variety of worlds in ancient scriptures. Animals, birds, flowers, and trees, those beings that follow nature, live happily. The coexistence of creatures with nature is extremely important in human life.
Air, water, earth, and fire are the main elements of nature. Life of all beings is highly dependent on them. Air is not found elsewhere. Therefore, everyone cherishes air. Water is extremely essential. Without water, life is not possible. Hence, everyone conserves water. Earth sustains all living beings. Fire is both life and light. Therefore, everyone worships fire.
In history, the importance of nature is depicted in various ways. Thus, nature holds great significance in human life. In this world, nature attains the highest position.
