गरुडः गजमुखानां राजा अस्ति।
(Garudaḥ gajamukhānāṁ rājā asti.)
The eagle is the king of birds with elephantine faces.

तेजसा प्रज्वलितं पतन्तमेव दृष्ट्वा, गरुडः विहारात् उत्त्सुखं पतितं निष्पिध्यति।
(Tejasā prajvalitaṁ patantameva dṛṣṭvā, garuḍaḥ vihārāt uttsukhaṁ patitaṁ niṣpidhyati.)
